• Individuals who create or provide learning content (“Content Providers”), and
• Individuals who access the Platform to learn skills, knowledge, or for any other use (“Learners”),

(together referred to as “Users,” “you,” or “your.”)

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, Accessibility Statement, User Guidelines, and any additional terms or policies we may post from time to time (collectively, the “Platform Terms”), define your relationship with iBOS Academy and govern your use of our Platform and services (the “Services”). By using the Platform, you accept the Platform Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

When we refer to “iBOS Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean AKIJ iBOS Ltd. or its affiliates managing and operating iBOS Academy.

A. About iBOS Academy and the Platform

In Bangladesh, iBOS Academy is operated by AKIJ iBOS Ltd., a company registered under The Companies Act, 1994, with its office at [insert official address if you wish]. In other jurisdictions, services may be offered by iBOS Academy or its relevant affiliates under proper contractual arrangements.

B. Platform Services

iBOS Academy provides an online learning platform where Content Providers can create and share educational content in various formats, including videos, live sessions, written materials, and more (“Content Provider Content”). Learners can access this content through free or paid courses and additional services like live mentorship, webinars, events, tests, and discussion forums.

iBOS Academy may also collaborate with third-party platforms to offer certain services or integrate additional tools to enhance your learning experience. In such cases, the Platform Terms continue to apply.

We act as an intermediary between Content Providers and Learners, making Content Provider Content accessible, but do not control User-generated Content (as defined below). You agree that iBOS Academy is not liable for User-generated Content.

We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including User-generated Content, services, and device compatibility, at our discretion.

C. Right to Access and Account Creation

To use certain services, you must create an account by registering on the Platform and providing accurate information. You’re responsible for maintaining your account and ensuring your credentials remain confidential.

Age Requirements:

• For Bangladesh and most other countries, You must be at least 18 years old.
• For users between 13–17 years old in applicable regions, you may use the Platform only under parental or legal guardian supervision and with parental consent.

iBOS Academy reserves the right to terminate your account if you fail to meet these requirements.

Content Providers may be subject to additional agreements with iBOS Academy.

D. Platform Use and User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree:

• Not to redistribute Platform content without our written consent.
• Not to modify or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
• Not to harvest personal information from other Users.
• Not to use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• To comply with all applicable laws.

User-generated Content (e.g., comments, posts, reviews) must not violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain offensive, misleading, or harmful material. iBOS Academy reserves the right to remove any User-generated Content that violates these Terms.

You agree that any interaction with minors must comply with local guidelines and laws.

E. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

While registering on iBOS Academy is free, certain courses or services are paid. The following terms apply:

• Pricing for courses is displayed on the Platform and may vary based on content type and duration.
• Payments are collected securely through approved third-party payment gateways.
• All prices include applicable taxes.

iBOS Academy may offer discounts or special offers exclusively through the Platform. Unauthorized third parties cannot offer discounts on behalf of iBOS Academy.

F. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately on the Platform. Please read it carefully before purchasing any services.

G. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for iBOS Academy content (excluding User-generated Content) belong to iBOS Academy or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without permission.

User-generated Content remains the property of its creator, but you grant iBOS Academy a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

H. Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, phone calls, or other electronic means regarding your account, services, or promotions. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages, but you may still receive essential transactional communications.

I. Privacy

All collection, storage, and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we protect your information.

J. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is.” iBOS Academy makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability.
• We are not responsible for User-generated Content or third-party services linked through the Platform.
• iBOS Academy’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

K. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify iBOS Academy and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

L. Platform Availability

Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. iBOS Academy is not liable for any loss due to such downtime.

M. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in English.
