Refund Policy

If you enroll or register in any course at iBOS Academy, you will not be eligible to request a full or partial refund before the main live class or batch of your course begins. No refunds will be issued in this period.

Once the main live class or batch has started, you will not be eligible for any refund until the completion of either the first module or one (1) week of the course, whichever comes first.

After completing one (1) module or one (1) week of your course, you may be eligible to request a refund, subject to certain conditions.

To request a refund, you must apply within one week (7 days) after completing the first module or the first week of the course. Once the seven (7) days have passed, you can no longer apply for a refund, and iBOS Academy will not issue any refunds.

If you enroll without applying a promo code, you cannot claim a refund equal to any promo code discount amount afterward.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

In addition to the conditions above, the following terms apply to be eligible for a refund:

• You must have fully paid for the course to be eligible for a refund.
  
  
• You must provide valid and reasonable grounds for requesting the refund.
  
  
• Refunds will only be granted if the issue relates directly to iBOS Academy’s services, for example, if iBOS Academy fails to deliver what was promised before you purchased the course.
  
  
• You must submit your refund request within one week (7 days) after completing the first module or the first week of the course. After this time, refund requests will not be accepted, and iBOS Academy will not process refunds.
  
  

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

If, upon review, your refund request is found valid and justified, your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days from the date of your refund request approval.
