DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes under this policy will follow a two-step resolution process:
Step 1 – Mediation: Both parties will appoint a neutral mediator. If no agreement is reached, iBOS Academy reserves the right to nominate the final mediator. The mediator’s recommendation will be non-binding but will be pursued in good faith.
Step 2 – Arbitration: If mediation fails, arbitration will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in English. Each party will appoint one arbitrator, who will together appoint a third. The arbitrators’ decision will be binding.
If no resolution is reached, disputes will be brought before the courts of Dhaka.
